LINGUINI AL NERO WITH CLAMS AND FISH

Ingredients:
- linguini al nero
- clams
- fish
- white wine
- natural Greek yoghurt (without sugar)
- chopped onion
- one strand of olive oil
- sweet pepper, salt and pepper
- a pinch of curry powder
- juice and lemon zest
- chopped fresh chives

Thaw the fish and season with the juice and zest of lemon, salt, pepper and sweet pepper. Let marinate about 30 minutes to gain taste. Cook the pasta in salt-water until cooked "al dente".
Heat a wire of olive oil in a frying pan and stir the fish on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same frying pan, sauté the onion until it is translucent. Cool with a little white wine and season with salt, pepper, a pinch of curry and sweet pepper. Add the clams and cook until they open. At that time, add the fish again and add the Greek yogurt, stir gently and rectify the seasoning if necessary. Let it cook another 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped chives and then serve with the pasta.
